We use digital scanning technology to ensure precise measurements of your boat. Our Certified Installers can come to you and scan the boat while it is in the water or on land. With our extensive catalog or in-house scans, we guarantee accurate and tailored results.
We use computer modeling (CAD) to design the SeaDek covering specifically for your boat. By incorporating your desired color schemes and patterns, we create a customized solution that fits your boat's measurements perfectly.
We bring designs to life with state-of-the-art CNC routing, intricately cutting and patterning SeaDek material to match your design. Laser etching and engraving services add personalized touches.

For a professional finish, we can install the SeaDek with your boat in the water or on land; our Certified Installers are completely mobile. Alternatively, you can install it yourself with our instructions and support.

Thomas Custom Marine is absolutely incredible.. I called on Monday morning for a quote, stopped in picked out my flooring and was told my boat could be done on Wednesday. Received a call before supper Tuesday and was told I could drop my boat off anytime and get it back at 12:00 noon Wednesday. Done & Done right on time and was totally thrilled and absolutely impressed with the job Chad had done on my floor. I just had my 45’ yacht done with Chad at Seadek. Chad done an amazing job. He is a perfectionist and from start to finish he was in constant communication with me and got the job done exactly on time and and exactly as quoted even though there was a bit more material required and a couple of late design changes I requested after he had already cut the material. I would highly recommend Chad and the Seadek product. It turned out even better than expected. Once again Thanks Chad!!!
